- Parental Responsibility: You are the primary account holder and are responsible for the creation and supervision of any child profiles within your household.
- Lawful Use: You will not engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Security: You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application, its databases, servers, or other user accounts.
- Integrity of Data: You will not use the platform to distribute spam or upload abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
3. Nature of Service (The Commission System)
Commit provides a platform for tracking household tasks and managing a virtual or integrated commission-based reward system.
- Virtual Ledger: All balances shown in the app are a virtual ledger. We do not connect to any third-party financial institutions for distributing or managing funds.
- Payment Responsibility: CommitC is not responsible for the actual payout of commissions. The financial agreement regarding "work for pay" is strictly between the parent/guardian and the child.
- Educational Purpose: The service is intended for educational purposes to help children learn about working behaviors and budgeting.
4. Privacy Policy

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement will be resolved in the courts located in Idaho.
